What is the last day of registration?Last date to register is Saturday 20th July 2024. Any changes to this date will be announced on Event website.

Do we need to get ID Proof while collecting BIB ?Yes, displaying your govt approved ID card (soft copy) is mandatory. Also, your name printed on the ID card must match the name provided in the registration form.

What will be the route map ?Route Map for all race categories will be announced on website after 20th July 2024.

Can I register in Multiple race categories ?Registration and participating in multiple race categories is not allowed.

When is the event's race day?Event is scheduled on Sunday, 4th August 2024, KDMC Ground Dombivli

What time does each race start ?21Km starts at 5:45am Participants need to report to KDMC Ground at 5:00am 10Km starts at 6:30am. Participants need to report to KDMC Ground at 5:45am 5Km starts at 7:30am. Participants need to report to KDMC Ground at 6:45am 1.6Km Fun Run & Walk starts at 8:30am. Participants need to report at 7:30am. Reporting Venue will be declared 1 week before event.

When is BIB & Tshirt distribution ?BIB (Race Number) & Race Tshirt will be distributed on 2nd & 3rd August at KDMC Ground, Dombivli East. Distribution timings will be informed 1 week prior via SMS & Email

Will the event be called off incase of heavy rain?The organizers hold the right to cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions. The safety and well-being of the participants are our top priorities, and any decision to cancel the race will be carefully considered by the organizers. Please note that in the event of cancellation due to weather or other force majeure events, the registration fee is non-refundable. The decision made by the Race Organisers in these situations will be final.

Are all race timed ?Only 21 Kms & 10 Kms are timed. 5 kms and 1.6 kms are non-timed runs.

What is the minimum age eligibility to apply in each race category (on-ground)?

Can I change my race category after registration? Can I cancel/transfer my registration ? Will there be refund ?Once your entry is received, no requests for any changes to race category, transfer, cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances.
